Here’s what to look out for over the next seven days, as Aston Villa bid to reach a European final, while the penultimate Matchweek of the Premier League season includes a possible title-defining contest between Manchester United and Arsenal.

Wednesday

Head coach Unai Emery will reveal the Villa team news as he speaks to the media ahead of his side’s bid to turn around a 4-2 deficit in their UEFA Europa Conference League semi-final second leg at Olympiacos.

Thursday

Villa captain John McGinn admitted his side have a “mountain to climb” if they are to overturn their first-leg defeat by Olympiacos. They travel to Greece looking to reach their first European final since 1982.

Back on domestic shores, several managers will hold press conferences ahead of their weekend Premier League matches.

Friday

The winners will be announced for the April Player of the Month, Manager of the Month, Goal of the Month, Save of the Month and Premier League 2 Player of the Month awards.

Elsewhere, the remaining Premier League managers will provide updates for the weekend’s fixtures at their pre-match press conferences.

Saturday

The Fantasy Premier League deadline for Double Gameweek 37 is at 11:00 BST.

It's a massive day at both ends of the table, starting with Manchester City, who will be aiming to leapfrog Arsenal at the top with a win at Fulham in the first of eight Premier League matches. The match at Craven Cottage starts at 12:30 BST.

There are six 15:00 BST kick-offs, including Burnley’s trip to Spurs and Luton Town’s visit to West Ham United. Anything but victory for the two relegation-threatened clubs would seal Burnley’s fate and leave Luton on the brink of an immediate return to the Championship.

Nottingham Forest welcome Chelsea in the day's final fixture at 17:30 BST. A win for Forest, coupled with defeats for Burnley and Luton, would put Nuno Espirito Santo's side six points clear of the relegation zone with one match remaining.

Sunday

Matchweek 37 continues with a blockbuster contest as Man Utd host Arsenal at Old Trafford. Mikel Arteta’s Gunners will be looking to notch a fifth successive win and take the Premier League title race to the final day of the season.

Villa are back in Premier League action on Monday night when they entertain Liverpool. A win for the hosts would secure fourth place and UEFA Champions League football next season.
