Rob Edwards has refused to give up on Luton Town's chances of staying in the Premier League despite their 1-1 draw with Everton at Kenilworth Road.

Elijah Adebayo's equaliser cancelled out Dominic Calvert-Lewin's opener from the penalty spot, but Luton were unable to secure the win that would have taken them out of the relegation zone and above Nottingham Forest.
“The lads gave it their all, the supporters gave it their all, but it wasn’t enough to get the win unfortunately”, Edwards told the club’s official website.
“We wanted a win, we threw everything at it. We tried. We were the team pushing right until the end.
“In the end a draw wasn’t what we wanted. I’m proud of the players, the club, the supporters. They stayed with us until the end. We tried to do all the right things. We’re still in the mix."
While Luton ended a three-match winless run, the result leaves them 18th and Edwards wants his side to remain positive in their remaining two Premier League matches against West Ham United and Fulham.
"We’ve got to keep going. We don’t have a crystal ball. It might be four points, five, six. It might be enough. We’ve got to believe it is. We go again.”
