The last time the Gunners suffered a Premier League defeat at their own stadium in the month was in 2002, at Highbury where Blackburn Rovers won 2-1.
They have since won 25 and drawn five such matches.

It is immediately followed by their worst month, November, when their average drops to 1.59.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the scale, the new year is traditionally a tricky period for Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Seagulls average only 0.38 points per match in January, the worst record of the current Premier League clubs in any month.
