Looking after your mental health is vitally important during these difficult times of the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdown.

This week Premier League players have been sharing how they have stayed positive, and how you can too.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Kurt Zouma, John Egan, Tyrick Mitchell, Vitinha and Darren Randolph speak about how they have kept a positive mindset, whether it is staying in touch with family or reading books.
