The matches are coming thick and fast and the Premier League continues this weekend with an action-packed few days for you to enjoy. 

Matchweek 25 starts on Friday when Wolverhampton Wanderers host Leeds United before in-form Chelsea visit Southampton for the first of four Saturday matches, including the mouthwatering Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton.

Sunday's fixtures include West Ham United at home to Tottenham Hotspur, followed by leaders Manchester City at Arsenal.
