Two goals by Keanan Bennetts helped 10-man Tottenham Hotspur come from behind to beat Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge and preserve their Premier League 2 Division 1 status.
Chelsea took advantage of the 38th-minute dismissal of Spurs captain Christian Maghoma by taking the lead midway through the second half when Josh Grant headed in a Charlie Colkett corner.
But the visitors were level within three minutes when Bennetts sent a wonderful free-kick straight into the top corner.
It was 2-1 to Spurs on 74 minutes, Bennetts again the scorer with yet another set-piece. This time the 19-year-old curled the dead ball around the wall and into the bottom corner.
The victory ensures Spurs cannot be relegated to Division 2. They are ninth with 26 points.
Chelsea are three places and three points better off in sixth.
