Everton fought from two goals down to deny Tottenham Hotspur with a 2-2 draw at Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground.
Two goals in the three first-half minutes, from Jack Roles and Kazaiah Sterling, had put the home side in charge.
But Bassala Sambou pulled one goal back before the break and, with four minutes remaining, Anthony Gordon’s strike meant the points were shared.
Everton are now a point behind the Division 1 leaders Derby County on 22 points, while Spurs climb to ninth on 13 points.
