Liverpool and Blackburn Rovers shared the spoils after a goalless draw in Premier League 2 Division 1.
Home goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher denied Jack Vale in the first half, and when he was beaten by the visiting forward after the break the goal was disallowed for offside.
Liverpool's Elijah Dixon-Bonner twice went close as he headed narrowly wide before shooting at the goalkeeper, while Kelleher stopped Ben Patson's deflected strike and Sam Barnes's stoppage-time header.
Both sides slipped down the table and remain one point apart, the Reds in ninth place with 10 points and Blackburn in seventh with 11 points.
