Liam Delap's hat-trick took his final tally to 24 league goals as Manchester City completed their title-winning season with a 6-1 victory at Tottenham Hotspur.
Delap also set up a goal, while Cole Palmer scored two and assisted one, as the champions finished their Division 1 campaign with a five-match winning run and a 14-point lead at the top.
Spurs finish third, four points behind Chelsea.
