Getting involved in anti-social behaviour and becoming disengaged from school, Kyle Dell's life was heading in the wrong direction.

But nine months ago, the 16-year-old started taking part in the Palace For Life Foundation's Breaking the Cycle programme.

The scheme, established by the Premier League and BBC Children in Need, offers young people extra guidance and helps steer them towards further education, training and employment.

Kyle now works in the club shop at Selhurst Park and is setting his sights on eventually setting up a business of his own.

"It's helped me a lot," Kyle told This Is Premier League, the official review of 2018/19. "I don't know where I'd be right now if I wasn't here. I'd be in prison, or on tag, that's the way my life was going."
