Managers in Fantasy Premier League are now able to select Youri Tielemans (£6.5m) for their squads.
The midfielder has returned to Leicester City on a permanent deal, having impressed during a loan spell from Monaco in the second half of 2018/19.
Tielemans scored three goals and supplied a further five assists over his 13 appearances last term, earning 63 FPL points.
His arrival at King Power Stadium gives Fantasy managers another strong option in the Leicester midfield.
Attractive alternatives
Playmaker James Maddison (£7.0m) produced seven goals and seven assists last season.
And Ayoze Perez (£6.5m), another of Leicester's summer signings, struck 12 times for Newcastle United and is one of 10 reclassified players for 2019/20.
The Foxes have a reasonable run of early opponents that can help Tielemans make a quick impact.
In the first four Gameweeks they host Wolverhampton Wanderers and AFC Bournemouth, and also travel to promoted Sheffield United.
Options at the back
Tyrone Mings (£4.5m) and Erik Pieters (£4.5m) are among the latest defenders to be added to FPL.
Aston Villa’s Mings has arrived from AFC Bournemouth, signing a permanent deal after a successful loan spell in the Championship last term.
Pieters will challenge Charlie Taylor (£4.5m) for the left-back role at Burnley after arriving from Stoke City.
Swapping between signings
If Pieters can secure a regular spot, he could offer a rotation option along with Mings.
This is because Villa and Burnley alternate home and away over the entire 38 Gameweeks.
They also combine to offer a favourable early run of opponents.
If the player with the home match is selected in each Gameweek, they will face just one of last season's top seven teams in the first nine Gameweeks.
