It is 20 years to the day since Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink signed for Chelsea, and he certainly hit the ground running.
The Dutchman won the Premier League Golden Boot in his first season at Stamford Bridge, scoring 23 goals in 2000/01.
He went on to match that tally the following campaign, scoring a perfect hat-trick against Tottenham Hotspur in the process.
Hasselbaink scored with his left and right foot in that 4-0 derby win, each time from outside the box, while also leaping high to head past Neil Sullivan.
