How the Premier League's awards work

Four men were shortlisted for November's Barclays Manager of the Month award.

Fans voted for their favourite out of Nuno Espirito Santo, Jurgen Klopp, Brendan Rodgers and Chris Wilder.

The fans' votes are combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide November's winner.

Nuno Espirito Santo (WOL)

Nuno led Wolverhampton Wanderers, now 10 matches unbeaten, to seven points from a possible nine in November. The Portuguese's side came from behind to draw at Arsenal, before clinching 2-1 wins over Aston Villa and AFC Bournemouth.

Klopp, the Barclays Manager of the Month in August and September, enjoyed a flawless November with four wins out of four. That run included a 3-1 success against defending champions Manchester City as Liverpool moved eight points clear at the top of the table.

Brendan Rodgers (LEI)

Rodgers oversaw three wins out of three for Leicester City, who did not concede a single goal during November. They were all 2-0 successes, against Crystal Palace, Arsenal and Brighton & Hove Albion, as Leicester moved up to second in the Premier League.

Chris Wilder (SHU)

Wilder guided his Sheffield United team to a 3-0 home victory over Burnley before his team produced impressive displays in a 1-1 draw at Tottenham Hotspur and a 3-3 draw against Manchester United. The Blades remain unbeaten away from home this season.
