Reading pulled off a dramatic comeback as they battled back from from 2-0 down to beat Division 2 leaders Middlesbrough thanks to goals by Jayden Onen, Tennai Watson and Nahum Melvin-Lambert in the last 14 minutes.
Jack Robinson and Alberto Balde had given the home side a two-goal cushion in the opening half but Reading rallied to win the three points and climb to sixth.
