The Scout is tipping five players to produce big points in Gameweek 29 of Fantasy Premier League.

Gareth Bale (TOT) £9.6m

Tottenham Hotspur’s winger looks back to his best ahead of a trip to Aston Villa.

Bale had struggled for form after arriving on loan from Real Madrid last summer.

He started just two of Spurs’ first 24 matches, producing only one goal and one assist.

But he has since started each of their last four, scoring four goals and providing one assist.

The Welshman has carried that form into Spurs’ UEFA Europa League matches, producing two goals and an assist in his last three outings.

Top target

Recent hauls of 19 and 14 points against Burnley and Crystal Palace respectively highlight Bale's potential as a key captaincy option.

Indeed, his revival in Fantasy has made a huge impact on the plans of managers.

He was the most-bought player for Gameweek 28, transferred into 540,000+ squads.

Bale is again the top target ahead of Friday’s 18:30 GMT deadline, attracting more than 179,000 new owners.

More goals to come?

The underlying numbers further highlight his impact on Spurs' attack.

Bale’s 10 shots, six shots in the box and five shots on target all rank second for Jose Mourinho's men over the last four Gameweeks.

He now faces an Aston Villa side who have struggled in defence recently, conceding against Sheffield United and Newcastle United in their last three matches.
