The Scout's panel of experts reveal who they currently plan to pick in their 2022/23 Fantasy Premier League starting teams.

Despite being a proven Premier League performer and having already scored twice during pre-season, Kevin De Bruyne [£11.5m] sits in only 15.9 per cent of Fantasy squads.
Yet his Manchester City team-mate Erling Haaland [£11.5m] is owned by over 58 per cent of FPL managers ahead of his debut campaign.
One of De Bruyne's main attractions is his ability to pick up bonus points.
"I had to choose Kevin De Bruyne in my midfield," says Holly. "He was the top-performing goalscorer for Manchester City last season.
"He always does really well in the bonus points as well. He was the top bonus-point performer across all players in FPL last season."
Indeed, De Bruyne gained 33 extra points last term, despite only making 30 appearances.
Holly is also going against the grain in her choice of Tottenham Hotspur attacker, opting for midfielder Dejan Kulusevski [£8.0m].
"He's really impressed since arriving at Spurs," she adds. "There aren't many players that scored more Fantasy points than him since his arrival in the Premier League.
"Hopefully he can keep pace with Harry Kane [£11.5m] and Son Heung-min [£12.0m]."
Kulusevski currently sits in around eight per cent of squads, while both Kane and Son boast ownerships of over 20 per cent.
