The Scout's panel of Fantasy Premier League experts discuss what to do with members of Liverpool's backline, with the Reds only managing to keep two clean sheets in the opening six Gameweeks.

What the experts say
Jamie Pigott (@Futbolislifefpl)
Liverpool’s fixtures toughen up over the next six Gameweeks and Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.5m) is the only one I'd consider keeping. He is still the best value player in the game, but the rest of their defenders are expendable. Keep Alexander-Arnold, sell others
Utkarsh Dalmia (@zophar666)
The creativity numbers for Andrew Robertson (£6.8m) have seen a huge drop-off but Alexander-Arnold still leads the way for chances created among defenders. With Liverpool's first-choice centre-back pairing and midfielders returning they should be more solid and I would keep the faith. Keep Alexander-Arnold, sell others
Holly Shand (@HollyShand)
It's time to shift funds further forward: keep hold of Alexander-Arnold but look to drop Robertson down to Kieran Trippier (£5.2m) or Neco Williams (£4.1m). Keep Alexander-Arnold, sell others
Pras (@Pras_fpl)
Alexander-Arnold continues to outperform every defender in the game for attacking statistics. Despite some concerning early substitutions, including the frustrating 58 minute outing last weekend, I do think he is every bit worth his price.
There’s a strong case against doubling up with Robertson, though, as Liverpool face Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City in the next five Gameweeks. Keep Alexander-Arnold, sell others
Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily)
There are so many great options defensively right now, especially in the £5.0m bracket, that it is hard to justify spending £7.0m or over on Liverpool defenders. I will hold Alexander-Arnold for one more week. If he doesn't return a clean sheet I will look to move him out. Be ready to sell Alexander-Arnold
Nick (@WGTA_Nick)
Liverpool kept a clean sheet this week but Alexander-Arnold owners were unfortunate with the timing of the substitution. Keep Alexander-Arnold
