The Scout is tipping four low-owned players for a breakthrough Gameweek in 2023/24 Fantasy Premier League ahead of Saturday’s 11:00 BST deadline.
Timothy Castagne (Fulham) £4.5m
The Fulham full-back offers strong all-round potential at home to Sheffield United.
TV Info - Broadcasters
Castagne has produced 15 points in his three starts since joining from Leicester City, thanks to two clean sheets and three bonus points.
The Belgian was also among the Cottagers' main goal threats in that run.
Castagne's four shots ranked joint-second among team-mates, while his three shots in the box were bettered only by the four of forwards Raul Jimenez (£5.4m) and Carlos Vinicius (£4.8m).
Cole Palmer (Chelsea) £4.9m
The midfielder appears to have secured a role in the Chelsea first XI for their trip to Burnley.
TV Info - Broadcasters
Palmer supplied an assist in his first start of the season for Chelsea in the EFL Cup against Brighton & Hove Albion last week.
He retained his place for their Gameweek 7 win at Fulham on Monday evening and again produced an assist, collecting five points in Fantasy.
Palmer’s five shots and four key passes both rank top for Chelsea in the last three Gameweeks, which highlights his growing influence on their attack.
Burnley, meanwhile, have conceded 12 goals in four matches at Turf Moor and are without a single clean sheet this season.
James Tarkowski (Everton) £4.4m
TV Info - Broadcasters
Centre-back Tarkowski’s threat at free-kicks and corners can be a major weapon for Everton at home to AFC Bournemouth.
Tarkowski scored his first goal of the season from a set-piece against Brentford in Gameweek 6, also supplying an assist to earn a bumper 14-point haul.
Bournemouth, meanwhile, rank among the bottom three when it comes to conceding the most headed shots and shots at set-pieces, with 23 and 35 respectively.

Evan Ferguson (Brighton) £6.0m
Ferguson is expected to retain his place in Brighton’s first XI at home to Liverpool this weekend.
TV Info - Broadcasters
The forward has started three of the last four Gameweeks after recovering from injury, with his hat-trick and 17-point haul against Newcastle United in Gameweek 4 the highlight of that run.
His statistics suggest he will pose the Seagulls’ main goal threat against a Liverpool side who have managed to keep only one clean sheet in 2023/24.
Ferguson has produced 11 shots on target, a total bettered by only two other players in Fantasy.
