The Scout's panel of Fantasy Premier League experts discuss who are the best Arsenal players to pick ahead of their favourable run of fixtures from Gameweek 10.
Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily)
I don't own any Arsenal players. This felt ok heading into the Gameweek 8 fixture against Manchester City, and it might be fine in Gameweek 9 too, with the Gunners visiting Chelsea. However, from Gameweek 10 I will need to reinvest.
Bukayo Saka (£8.6m) and Gabriel (£4.7m) are my preferred picks, but I will potentially look at Gabriel Martinelli (£7.7m) instead of Saka because of budget limitations, especially if I want to keep Son Heung-min (£9.5m) and the Spurs attacking double-up with James Maddison (£8.1m) beyond Gameweek 9.

It looks like an Arsenal triple-up will be needed, with Saka, William Saliba (£5.2m) and one of Martinelli or Martin Odegaard (£8.5m). Either are great, with Martinelli probably my favourite as he looks back in form after his goal against City.

I plan to Wildcard in Gameweek 10, and will likely have three Arsenal players. This could be Saka, Oleksandr Zinchenko (£4.9m) and one of Martinelli or Gabriel. Saka primarily being on penalties edges it for me.

Arsenal have a great run of fixtures from Gameweek 10 and I'm definitely getting one defender, and possibly even two. Martinelli is enticing, especially with Leandro Trossard's (£6.6m) potential injury. So is Gabriel Jesus (£8.0m) as a differential. However, neither of them are replacements for Saka, who has just been more consistent.

I have my eye on both Martinelli and Gabriel, who have dropped in price since the start of the season.
Nick Harris (@WGTA_Nick)
Saka and Martinelli have both been excellent options in midfield over the last 12 months, but both have had recent injury issues. They could well be excellent options again, especially against Sheffield United in Gameweek 10. In terms of the defence, Saliba is a nailed-on pick and also possesses some attacking threat from set-pieces.

I had Saka on my bench when he missed out through injury in Gameweek 8 and I'm glad to still own him. From Gameweek 10, an Arsenal double-up as a minimum looks good, so I will be looking to add a defender to my squad - either Saliba or Gabriel.
