Chelsea have confirmed the signing of Fulham centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo.
The 26-year-old signs a four-year deal, which begins on 1 July, after his contract with the Cottagers expires.
"Chelsea is a huge club and this is a full-circle moment for me. I was born three miles away from Stamford Bridge and made my professional debut there," Tosin told the club's official website.
"I’m very excited and looking forward to helping push the club in the direction we want to go."
After fellow centre-back Thiago Silva announced that he is leaving Chelsea, the club has quickly secured a Premier League-proven defender to solidify their squad.
After three seasons Tosin has made 78 Premier League appearances, earning 18 clean sheets.
The defender is Chelsea’s first signing of the summer window and the first since Enzo Maresca was appointed head coach.

Who is Tosin?
Tosin was born in London on 24 September 1997.
He moved up to Manchester and first joined Manchester City at the age of five and continued there through to senior football, making eight appearances for the club including a 2016/17 UEFA Champions League match against Celtic.
In an effort to find more match time he went on loan to West Bromwich Albion for 2018/19, playing 36 times and narrowly missing out on promotion through the Championship playoffs.
The next season Tosin went out on loan again to the Championship, this time to Blackburn Rovers. He played 35 times there and scored three goals as Rovers finished 11th.
In 2020 Tosin made a permanent move to Fulham, where in total he featured 132 times, 78 of those in the Premier League.
