Why the players were nominated
Yusuf Akhamrich: The Tottenham Hotspur winger scored four times in just two matches in November. His goal against Crystal Palace was the only highlight of a 5-1 defeat but his team made up for that with a 6-1 win over Middlesbrough at the end of the month, when he netted a hat-trick.
Joe Gardner: It was a fine month for the 19-year-old Nottingham Forest midfielder. He scored his team's third goal in a 4-1 win at Middlesbrough before firing in a 22-minute hat-trick in a 4-2 success at Everton.
Tyrique George: Chelsea's winger took his tally of assists for the season to five by contributing to Donnell McNeilly's opener against Arsenal before setting up Kiano Dyer, PL2's Player of the Month in October, as the Blues eased past Derby County 6-2.
Kieran Morrison: No player created more goals than Liverpool's 18-year-old Northern Irishman last month. The attacking midfielder assisted Ranel Young twice in a home match against Wolverhampton Wanderers, either side of setting up Tom Hill in the 4-1 win. Morrison also set up Keyrol Figueroa's equaliser in a draw with Reading.
Trey Ogunsuyi: The 17-year-old Sunderland player produced an attacking masterclass in November, registering three goals and one assist. Ogunsuyi caught the eye by scoring a first-half brace in his side's 5-2 win over Man Utd and there was more to come as he produced the pass for Timur Tuterov's goal after half-time. He also netted in his side's 3-2 defeat to Manchester City.
Callum Osmand: Fulham's forward scored three times in November, getting the month off to a great start with a goal and an assist in an away match at West Ham United. He then produced a match-winning performance against Leeds United, scoring both goals in a 2-1 turnaround win.
Jack Perkins: Forest won both of their PL2 matches in November and Perkins was at the heart of those victories. He assisted twice in a 4-1 victory at Middlesbrough and then the 21-year-old midfielder created Jack Nadin's goal in a 4-2 away success at Everton.
Jemiah Umolu: Taking himself to the top of the PL2 scoring charts, Umolu ended the month sitting on eight goals for the season after the Crystal Palace striker scored a brilliant hat-trick in a comfortable 5-1 win over Spurs.
