Fantasy Challenge is ushering in the new year with the final Gameweek of its festive fixtures event.

This weekend's challenge, "New Year, New Chance", encourages managers to get creative by rewarding players who produce big chances with an additional FIVE points.

Managers have an unlimited budget and must select a nine-a-side team.

Pick your Fantasy Challenge team NOW!

Once a player's club have started their first match of the Gameweek, they will be locked from any changes. However, you can otherwise tweak any remaining slots in your team, and even enter a full squad, right up until the final match of the Gameweek kicks off at 20:00 GMT on Monday.

Here, Richard Aikman identifies some of the best Fantasy Challenge picks for the remaining fixture of the Gameweek.

Wolves v Nottingham Forest

Morgan Gibbs-White (£6.4m) is the club’s joint-leading big-chance creator, with six, level with Elliot Anderson (£5.0m). The midfielder scored last time out and has produced five attacking returns in the last five Gameweeks.

Ola Aina (£5.2m) is the highest-scoring defender in Fantasy, having returned 29 points in his last three Gameweeks. Meanwhile, those seeking further investment in Forest’s water-tight backline could also opt for Mats Sels (£4.8m), the highest-scoring goalkeeper in Fantasy.

Rayan Ait-Nouri (£4.8m) is another one to watch, as in the last two Gameweeks only two defenders have produced more Fantasy points and only four have created more chances. This season Gvardiol is the only defender to have scored more goals than the Wolves man.
