Leicester City cut the gap on Division 1 leaders Liverpool to two points with a resounding 6-1 win over bottom-placed Tottenham Hotspur at Holmes Park.

After Keanan Bennetts gave Spurs an early lead, it was all one-way traffic.

Foxes captain Sam Hughes equalised before the hosts struck the woodwork four times either side of the break.

George Thomas put Leicester ahead in-between the dismissals of Spurs duo George Marsh and Oliver Skipp.

In the last 14 minutes, the Foxes scored four more times through Darnell Johnson, Josh Gordon (twice) and Thomas again to stretch their unbeaten run to 18 matches.
