Marko Arnautovic
Arnautovic showed in December why West Ham United made him their club-record signing at the start of the season.
The Austrian had not scored in his opening 11 appearances for the Hammers but under new manager, David Moyes, struck five times last month.
It started with the only goal that secured a derby win over Chelsea and ended with a brace at AFC Bournemouth.
His performances helped the Hammers double their win count for the season with a December record of W2 D2 L2.
What his manager says
"He's helped the team greatly," Moyes told the West Ham's official website. "His energy and effort has rubbed off on the supporters and he's doing a good job for us."
