Callum Hudson-Odoi has won the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for January.
The 17-year-old forward enjoyed a memorable month at both youth and senior level for Chelsea.
After scoring a hat-trick in a PL2 Division 1 win over Sunderland, the FIFA U17 World Cup winner with England went on to make first-team debuts in both the FA Cup and Premier League.
"I'm absolutely delighted," said Hudson-Odoi. "It was a very good month for me.
"I've been training hard throughout the weeks, and being given my Premier League debut as well was massive for me. Hopefully I can keep progressing.
"Because I'm a bit younger I'm playing against older players, so that's developing my game mentally and physically."
Hudson-Odoi was picked by the Premier League Football Development Panel, who selected a four-man shortlist also including Tyrese Campbell (Stoke City), Ryan East (Reading) and Eddie Nketiah (Arsenal) after PL2 club managers nominated the best individual performance by each of their opponents during the month.
He could feature in Chelsea's Premier League 2 trip to Manchester United this evening, kick-off 19:05 GMT.
