2014: Garry Monk takes charge of Swansea City
Garry Monk was appointed interim player-manager of Swansea City following the departure of Michael Laudrup.
His first match in charge was a Welsh derby showdown with Cardiff City, which Swansea won 3-0.
Monk led the Swans to a 12th-place finish and was given the manager's position on a permanent basis in May 2014, remaining in charge until December 2015.
2017: Everton 6-3 AFC Bournemouth
Romelu Lukaku scored four goals as Everton beat AFC Bournemouth 6-3 at Goodison Park, recording their fourth Premier League win in five matches.
The Belgian broke the deadlock inside the first minute with a stunning volley, and James McCarthy then found the net before Lukaku gave the Toffees a 3-0 half-time lead.
Joshua King pulled two goals back for the visitors after the break, but Lukaku struck again in the 83rd and 84th minutes to restore Everton's three-goal cushion.
Harry Arter and Ross Barkley then swapped efforts in the dying moments.
Everton remained seventh with 40 points, while AFC Bournemouth stayed 14th with 26 points.
