Fulham signed John Arne Riise signed from Serie A side Roma on a three-year contract.

The former Liverpool full-back joined his brother Bjorn Helge, who had signed for the club two years previously.

The Norwegian made a total of 321 Premier League appearances, scoring 21 goals.

He also became Norway’s most capped international with 110 caps.
