Manchester United have announced that they have agreed a deal to sign Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk.
The Brazilian midfielder, whose full name is Frederico Rodrigues de Paula Santos, is set to become Man Utd's first signing of the summer transfer window.
Fred (pictured) has spent the last five seasons with Shakhtar, winning the league title and the Ukrainian Cup three times each.
The 25-year-old former Atletico Mineiro, Porto Alegre and Internacional player is in Brazil’s squad for this summer’s FIFA World Cup finals in Russia.
