1996: Arsenal 3-3 Chelsea
Arsenal and Chelsea played out a thrilling 3-3 draw at Highbury.
An early Frank Leboeuf spot-kick and a Gianluca Vialli goal gave Chelsea a 2-0 lead before Paul Merson pulled one back for Arsenal just before half-time.
Martin Keown levelled the scores and Ian Wright then gave Arsenal the lead for the first time. But Dennis Wise equalised in the 90th minute.
Chelsea slipped to third with eight points from their opening four matches. Arsenal dropped to fifth with seven points.
2012: Stoke City announce agreement with Owen
Stoke City announced the signing of former Liverpool, Newcastle United and Manchester United striker Michael Owen on a one-year deal.
Owen made eight Premier League appearances for the Potters and scored against Swansea City, becoming the seventh player to reach 150 PL goals.
He retired at the end of the season, having made a total of 326 PL appearances.
