Max Bird's late goal against Tottenham Hotspur earned a third successive Premier League 2 Division 1 victory for Derby County to put them second in the table.
Louie Sibley, Aaron Eyoma and Jayden Mitchell-Lawson went close as Derby had the upper hand in the first half, but it took a spectacular strike on 74 minutes to break the deadlock.
Bird's powerful shot from the edge of the penalty area crashed in off the crossbar at Pride Park.
The victory puts Derby one point behind leaders Everton. Spurs remain eighth, six points behind the Rams.
