Botti Biaby scored twice as Swansea City stunned Derby County with a 5-1 win at Loughborough University Stadium.
Having mustered only one win all season the bottom club got 2019 off to a flying start through Biaby's goal on the quarter-hour mark.
Derby levelled through Jayden Mitchell-Lawson before Jordan Brown's own goal restored the Swans’ lead before half-time.
Biaby got his second on 57 minutes before Liam Cullen stuck twice to round off a comprehensive win for Cameron Toshack’s side.
Derby’s third straight defeat drops them to fourth on 23 points, two off top spot.
Swansea lie 12th with 11 points.
