The Scout's panel of Fantasy Premier League experts reveal who they are planning to captain in Gameweek 36 ahead of the deadline at 13:30 BST on Saturday 10 May.
Oscar (@FPLFocal)
Bryan Mbeumo (£8.2m) will be my captain this week against Ipswich Town. He has seven goals and two assists against the bottom three clubs this season, with just one blank. Plus he has averaged 12.8 points per game against them!
Ben Crabtree (@FC_Crabdogg)
I like Matheus Cunha (£7.1m) the most this week. He and Wolverhampton Wanderers have been playing well and I expect at least one return against Brighton & Hove Albion at home.

I like the matchups for Manchester City and Brentford this week, both are away to teams that have already been relegated. I expect goals in both games and it's a close call between Kevin De Bruyne (£9.5m) and Mbeumo. I'm learning towards the former especially if Erling Haaland (£14.8m) isn't fit to start and De Bruyne continues in that "false nine" role.

It's a two-horse race for me this week. Captaining De Bruyne came in for me last week and I am likely to do the same again. I expect Man City to score a few against Southampton and with De Bruyne yet to sign a contract with a team for next season, he has extra incentive to perform to the highest level. Mbeumo however is a reliable pick and has an outstanding record against the bottom three teams this season, so I'm not ruling out a late switch to the Brentford man.
Nick Harris (@WGTA_Nick)
I'll be captaining Mbeumo this week. He's been one of the most prolific midfielders this season, second only to Mohamed Salah (£13.8m) when it comes to Fantasy points and he'll be facing a relegated Ipswich side in what should be a comfortable win for Brentford.
Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily)
This week is tough for the captaincy. Mbeumo is likely to be my captain, however Omar Marmoush (7.6m), Jarrod Bowen (£7.7m), Yoane Wissa (6.7m) and Chris Wood (£7.1m) all offer decent alternatives. If Man City manager Pep Guardiola says that Haaland is fit to start then he could be a great differential captain this week - a phrase I never thought I would say!
I am put off by Marmoush because of the lack of attacking returns away from home and I favour Brentford over West Ham United and Nottingham Forest. With Mbeumo on set-pieces, he is taking the armband. But don't rule out Salah either as he chases records.
