Middlesbrough moved to their new Riverside home in 1995 after almost 92 years at Ayresome Park.
The first match at the venue was a 2-0 victory over Chelsea, with Craig Hignett scoring the first goal.
There have been plenty of developments to the ground over the years, including statues of Boro and England legends Wilf Mannion and George Hardwick and the erection of the former Ayresome Park gates outside the main entrance.
