Substitute Lys Mousset headed in a 79th-minute winner as AFC Bournemouth extended their unbeaten Premier League run to seven matches by beating Stoke City 2-1.
Mousset headed in Jordon Ibe's free-kick at the far post to complete a successful turnaround for the hosts.
Xherdan Shaqiri had given Stoke an early lead when he was left unmarked to head past former Potters goalkeeper Asmir Begovic.
Just past the hour mark, Peter Crouch headed against the bar and on 70 minutes the Cherries equalised when early substitute Joshua King struck a low shot.
AFC Bournemouth move up to ninth but Stoke drop back into the relegation zone.
