    Match summary

Marcus Rashford starred with one goal and two assists as Manchester United returned to winning ways, beating Fulham 4-1 at Old Trafford.

Ashley Young opened the scoring with a sweet strike on 13 minutes.

Juan Mata's 18-yard first-time effort, his 50th goal in the competition, doubled the lead.

Mata then turned provider as his cross was tapped in by Romelu Lukaku on 42 minutes.

Aboubakar Kamara got a goal back midway through the second half with a penalty but Fulham's hopes were hit when Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa received a second yellow card.

Rashford confirmed United's win with a powerful strike eight minutes from time.

A first victory in four league matches lifts United to sixth with 26 points. Fulham remain bottom on nine.
