Bruno Fernandes scored for a second successive Premier League match as Manchester United earned a 1-1 draw at Everton.
Everton took the lead after three minutes when Dominic Calvert-Lewin charged down an attempted clearance from David De Gea, with the ball ricocheting in.
Man Utd's equaliser arrived on 31 minutes, when Nemanja Matic played in Fernandes to drive a low, long-range shot past Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
Gylfi Sigurdsson clipped the upright with a 55th-minute free-kick and it took a huge double-save from Jordan Pickford to deny Man Utd in the 90th minute, spreading himself to deny Fernandes and Odion Ighalo in quick succession.
Everton thought they had claimed victory through Calvert-Lewin, but his deflected strike was ruled out following a Video Assistant Referee review with Sigurdsson lying in an offside position.
Man Utd stay in fifth place with 42 points, while Everton are five adrift in 11th position.
