Premier League champions Liverpool marked their final match at Anfield this season with a 5-3 victory over Chelsea, to equal the record of 18 home wins in a PL campaign.
Naby Keita opened the scoring on 23 minutes, pouncing on a loose ball and smashing an unstoppable shot in off the crossbar.
Trent Alexander-Arnold's sublime free-kick doubled the lead 15 minutes later and Georginio Wijnaldum poked home from a corner two minutes before half-time.
Oliver Giroud bundled in a reply for the Blues in first-half stoppage time but 10 minutes after the break, Liverpool were three ahead again when Alexander-Arnold's magnificent cross allowed Roberto Firmino to head in his first home PL goal this season.
Substitute Christian Pulisic inspired a Chelsea comeback as he created Tammy Abraham's goal on 61 minutes before he cracked a brilliant shot into the top corner to make the score 4-3 on 73 minutes.
But Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain sealed the win with six minutes to go, converting Andrew Robertson's cross to complete a fine counterattack.
Liverpool, who lifted the Premier League Trophy on the Kop after the match, are top, with 96 points, while Chelsea are fourth on 63 points, and need a point on the final day to seal a top-four finish..
