Aston Villa retained their Premier League status by earning a 1-1 draw at West Ham United.
Michail Antonio missed a good early chance for West Ham in the first half while Grealish had an opportunity to put Villa ahead just before the break.
Jack Grealish opened the scoring for Villa with a low strike on 84 minutes.
But a minute later Andriy Yarmolenko equalised with a deflected looping shot from the edge of the area.
However, the point was enough to keep Villa up at the expense of Watford and AFC Bournemouth, who are both relegated.
Villa finish 17th on 35 points, one ahead of the relegation zone, while West Ham are a place above on 39 points.
