David Moyes won his 900th league match as a manager as West Ham beat Sheffield United 2-0 at London Stadium.
Jarrod Bowen forced Wes Foderingham into a good save early on before opening the scoring in the 24th minute. He finished a great team goal with a first-time finish past Foderingham.
Michail Antonio pounced on an error from the visitors and put Tomas Soucek through on goal in the 37th minute to make it 2-0.
Alphonse Areola made a good save from point-blank to deny Anel Ahmedhodzic’s header just before the hour but the Hammers were comfortable in the second half and are now seventh with 13 points.
Sheffield United sit bottom with one point.
