Captain Thomas O'Connor doubled their advantage two minutes before the break when he also nodded past Jon McCraken.
N'Lundulu turned provider when he played in Tyreke Johnson to add a third two minutes after half-time, before substitute Pierre Fonkeu pulled one back for the visitors.
Will Smallbone came on to make it 4-1 and send Southampton two points clear of Wolverhampton Wanderers on 39 points, having played a match more.
Norwich are 10th with 19 points.
