Aston Villa started their 2016/17 Premier League International Cup campaign with a 2-1 victory over Valencia at Villa Park on Wednesday.
Callum O’Hare struck both Villa's goals, either side of Carlos Soler Barragan's free-kick for Valencia in the Group E fixture.

In a dramatic finale, Villa’s Khalid Adbo had a penalty saved and Valencia’s Ariday Cabero Suarez received a second yellow card.
It was Valencia's second defeat, having lost 2-0 to Norwich City. Villa next face Celtic on 9 November.
