Watford CSE Trust is raising awareness of mental health with its Positive Minds scheme, which uses the power of football and sport to help young people develop resilience and coping strategies if they do feel anxious.

The scheme is funded by the Premier League, PFA Community Fund and Public Health Herts, and Watford defender Adrian Mariappa went along to see the scheme in action, along with BBC's Match Of The Day.

"Anyone can be affected by mental health issues, or even know someone who is, so it’s important to have these places and support systems for people," said Mariappa.
