Goals from Gyfli Sigurdsson and Fernando Llorente, who scored twice, earned Swansea City a 3-0 home win over Sunderland.
After a goalless first half, Swansea took control of the match with two quickfire strikes.
Sigurdsson netted from the penalty spot after Jason Denayer had handled Wayne Routledge’s cross. The Icelander turned provider as his corner was shot home by Llorente three minutes later.
Sunderland's Jordan Pickford made a string of saves before Llorente headed in a second 10 minutes from time, moving Swansea out of the bottom three, a point above their opponents in 20th.
