Back-to-back double-figure hauls in Fantasy Premier League have made Conor Gallagher (£5.9m) the top target for managers in Gameweek 12.

The Crystal Palace midfielder has earned 450,000+ new owners after claiming 24 points across matches against Manchester City and Wolverhampton Wanderers prior to the international break.

Gallagher is the second highest-scoring midfielder in Fantasy, and fifth overall, on 62 points.

Four goals and four assists in 10 appearances for the Eagles highlight the 21-year-old’s all-round potential.

Gallagher visits a Burnley side who have struggled defensively in recent matches.

They have conceded 68 shots and 51 shots in the box over the last four Gameweeks. Both of those totals are more than any other side.

Gallagher is named in a Scout Selection that lines up in a 3-4-3 formation, with Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) handed the armband and Harry Kane (£12.2m) named vice-captain.

Vicente Guaita (CRY) £4.6m

The Spaniard seeks a third successive clean sheet in Crystal Palace’s trip to Burnley. Guaita has earned 13 points over his last two appearances against Man City and Wolves.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (LIV) £7.7m

His multiple routes to returns have helped the Liverpool right-back average 7.1 points per match this season. Alexander-Arnold has produced one goal, four assists, five clean sheets and 12 bonus points in nine appearances.

Joao Cancelo (MCI) £6.5m

Man City’s full-back ranks second among all players in Fantasy, on 67 points, thanks to four assists and seven clean sheets. Cancelo also boasts a major goal threat at home to Everton, with his 26 shots more than any team-mate this term.

Reece James (CHE) £5.9m

Hauls of 18, 13 and 21 points highlight the Chelsea wing-back’s explosive potential for a trip to Leicester City. James has been involved in a team-leading 50 per cent of the Blues’ goals when selected, scoring four and assisting three.

Mohamed Salah (LIV) £13.0m

Owned by 71.6 per cent of managers, Salah has averaged 10.6 points per match to top the overall player standings. Liverpool’s Egyptian has returned double-figure hauls in three of his last four home meetings with Arsenal.

Phil Foden (MCI) £8.3m

The Man City midfielder has scored three goals and supplied two assists while playing as a “false nine” in the last five Gameweeks. Foden’s 13 shots in the box and eight shots on target were both more than any other player for Man City in that time.

Jarrod Bowen (WHU) £6.3m

The West Ham United winger visits Wolves in his most consistent form of the campaign, blanking only once in the last seven Gameweeks. Bowen earned 46 points in that run, scoring twice and supplying six assists.

Conor Gallagher (CRY) £5.9m

Gallagher has risen £0.4m in cost in Fantasy this season, second only to the £0.5m of Salah in midfield.

Harry Kane (TOT) £12.2m

Seven goals for England over the international break suggest the Tottenham Hotspur forward has rediscovered his top form ahead of a home meeting with Leeds United. Kane produced 12 points in the corresponding match last term, scoring once and getting an assist.

Callum Wilson (NEW) £7.4m

The forward could prove decisive in Eddie Howe’s first match as Newcastle United head coach, at home to Brentford. Wilson has scored in three of his four appearances at St James’ Park this season, averaging 6.3 points per match.

Adam Armstrong (SOU) £5.9m

Southampton’s striker visits Norwich City on the back of a goal and an assist over the last two Gameweeks. Armstrong’s eight shots in that period ranked second among all players in Fantasy.
