Stoke City and Birmingham City played out a goalless draw in Group H at Leek Town, meaing both have a chance of qualifying for the knockout stages of the Premier League Cup.
The Potters' best effort came ten minutes before the break when Eddy Lecygne's 25-yard free-kick was saved by Jake Weaver, while at the other end Wes McDonald was denied by Harry Isted.
Stoke are second, five points behind Reading, whom they host in their final group match on 25 February.

Birmingham are a point behind Stoke but with two matches to play.

Stoke are back in Premier League 2 action on Wednesday against Wolverhampton Wanderers, while Birmingham host Sheffield United in their next Premier League Cup tie on 20 February.
