The Scout’s panel of Fantasy Premier League experts discuss the best time to use any remaining chips ahead of the final three Gameweeks of 2022/23 Fantasy.

Gameweek 37 looks primed for chip usage, if you still have them. A Double Gameweek for clubs including Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Brighton & Hove Albion means you've got plenty of choice for your Triple Captain, or if you still have the Free Hit chip you can load up on players from those teams.

The upcoming Doubles in Gameweeks 36 and 37 are a great opportunity to use the remaining Bench Boost and Triple Captain chips.
Triple Captain looks great in DGW37 as Man City will have played the second leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final. This should reduce some of the rotation risk for players such as Erling Haaland (£12.4m).

If you still have your Wildcard, definitely play it now to get the most impact from it. Triple captaincy is a good shout this week on a Newcastle United forward, given their opponents have shipped a combined 31 goals over the last six Gameweeks.

Bench Boost in DGW37 appeals as line-ups in Gameweek 38 can be more unpredictable, so Free-Hitting appeals that week.

I'd play a remaining Wildcard chip now. If you still have the Triple Captain or Bench Boost chip then playing it in Gameweek 37 is ideal, assuming you only have one of these.
If you're set up nicely now then a Wildcard in Gameweek 38 may seem rogue, but it can be good to target the teams with something to play for.

There is something really fun about a Free Hit in Gameweek 38. The final Gameweek of the season usually throws up some unexpected team-sheets as well as unpredictable results.
Playing the chip then allows managers to have a full squad of 15 from the teams who have something left to play for.
