Jurgen Klopp insists his side have made progress, whether or not Liverpool seal a top-four finish in the Premier League.
Liverpool will finish in the top four for the first time since 2013/14 should they better or match Arsenal's result against Everton when they face Middlesbrough in the final match of the campaign at Anfield on Sunday.

"We have to perform, we have to win and if we have enough points, then we deserve to go into the Champions League," he told liverpoolfc.com. "If not, we don't deserve it.
"We have 73 points, and the chance for the next three – that didn't happen that often in the last few years, so yes, of course there was an improvement but we don't have to talk now about improvement – we have to talk now about the chance to get these three points."
