Boxing Day is traditionally one of the most popular days in the Premier League calendar and fans can look forward to a host of exciting matches as the 2024/25 fixtures were released.

Arsenal are at home to Ipswich Town, the first time the two sides will meet in the competition since April 2002, when the Gunners secured a 2-0 win at Highbury.

Another promoted team with a tough trip are Leicester City, who travel to Liverpool where they lost 2-1 two years ago, courtesy of two own goals from Wout Faes.

When Wolverhampton Wanderers last hosted their Boxing Day opponents Manchester United it was a humdinger, with Man Utd emerging victorious from a seven-goal thriller thanks to a Kobbie Mainoo wonder goal. 

Elsewhere on Boxing Day, there will be a London derby between Chelsea and Fulham, with the Blues aiming to extend their impressive record of having never lost at Stamford Bridge to Marco Silva’s side in the top flight.

Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo will face his former side Tottenham Hotspur, who did the double over their opponents last season.

Champions Manchester City face Everton at Etihad Stadium, while Newcastle United host Aston Villa and Eddie Howe's team will hope for a repeat of their last St James' Park meeting, a 5-1 success to begin 2023/24.

Elsewhere AFC Bournemouth face Crystal Palace, Brighton & Hove Albion meet Brentford and West Ham United travel to the south coast to take on Southampton.
