Man City & Arsenal both away
Defending champions Manchester City are away from home on the final day, travelling to Fulham. The last time Man City finished a season away was in 2022/23, when they lost 1-0 at Brentford.
Last season's second-place finishers, Arsenal, are also on the road. They travel to promoted Southampton at St Mary's Stadium, a ground that has been unkind to the Gunners of late, having failed to win each of their last two trips there.
The Premier League title race has gone down to the final day in two of the last three seasons, but the title has not been won by an away team in Matchweek 38 since 2018/19, when Man City won 4-1 at Brighton & Hove Albion to finish a point above Liverpool.
Spurs, Newcastle & Man Utd at home
Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United and Manchester United are all at home on the final day, hosting Brighton, Everton and Aston Villa respectively.
Man Utd v Aston Villa looks to be one of the most exciting final-day matches.
United came from 2-0 down at half-time to win last season's fixture 3-2. It's a fixture that produced one of the most iconic goals in Premier League history, too, with Federico Macheda completing a 3-2 turnaround in stoppage time of their 2008/09 meeting.
Can Liverpool defend unbeaten home record?
Liverpool are also at home on the final day, facing Crystal Palace. Liverpool have never lost at Anfield on the final day of a Premier League season.
