Fulham have confirmed the signing of Ryan Sessegnon on a free transfer after his contract with Tottenham Hotspur expired.
The 24-year-old left-back has agreed to return to the club he left five years ago in a deal until 2026, with an option to extend by a further year.
What did he have to say?
“It’s amazing to be back," Sessegnon told the club's official website. "Emotional, as well. It’s where it started for me, where everything began, and it’s amazing to be back.

Who is Ryan Sessegnon?
He was born in Roehampton, southwest London - less than a 15 minutes to Fulham. He joined the club's Academy and moved up through the ranks before making his first-team debut as a 16-year-old in a 3-2 League Cup win against Leyton Orient in August 2016.
A week after making his league debut against Leeds United, Sessegnon became the youngest scorer in Fulham's history when he netted just three minutes after coming off the bench in a 2-2 draw with Cardiff City.
The 2017/18 season was one that propelled Sessegnon to another level. He was the club's top scorer that season with 16 goals as Fulham gained promotion back to the Premier League.
After 120 appearances for Fulham – scoring 25 goals and providing 18 assists – Sessegnon joined Spurs in the summer of 2019 for a then club-record fee.
But his impact at Spurs was limited by injury, making 38 Premier League appearances across his five years there, scoring two goals.
When might Sessegnon be in action for Fulham?
Fulham are next in action on 2 August in pre-season against Benfica before they begin their Premier League campaign against Manchester United on Friday 16 August.
